Uxbridge Youth Field Hockey will be offered in the Fall of 2015
Our season will start September and end before Columbus Day.

Practice will be on Thursday's at 5-6:15

Games will be held on Saturday's time will vary depending on team we are playing, but we are trying to get them in the mornings/early afternoon.

Home games will be between 9-12 depending on the team. On non-game days we will have practice Saturdays 9-11

We will be playing youth teams from Bellingham and Franklin. Our games will be both home and away.

Games will be played on the turf fields in Bellingham and Franklin.

There will be two divisions:
Girls entering grades k-2
Girls entering grades 3-4

*depending on numbers the ages groups may be combined*

UPDATE

 Hello FH families-
We had a great first day and we are looking forward to a great season! We
have practice this Thursday at 5pm. Please pack a water!!!   Also please
have your child wear their jersey to all practices and games. We have made
a few changes the schedule and I am still working out some details. *The
first game on Sept. 12th has been postponed. We will move that game to Oct.
17th and for the sticklettes it will be in Franklin and the Mini Sticks
will play at home. We will hold practice on this Sat at 10-11:15.* I will
provide an updated schedule this Thursday. Please don't hesitate to ask if
you have any questions.

Mini Sticks grades k-2nd
Sticklettes grades 3rd-4th

I have scheduled some games so far it looks like this, but may change! Still waiting on Bellingham

Thurs. Sept. 3--first practice 5-6:15
Sat. Sept. 5 -- practice (labor day weekend) we will see what the numbers look like! 5-6:15
Thurs. Sept. 10 --practice 5-6:15
Sat. Sept. 12-- Game Mini Sticks 4pm/ Sticklettes 5 pm @Franklin, Beaver Pond Turf 450 Beaver St. Franklin MA
Thurs. Sept 17-- practice 5-6:15
Sat. Sept. 19--Game home vs Franklin Mini Sticks 10am /  Sticklettes 11am (McCloskey Lower Field)
Thurs. Sept 24--practice 5-6:15
Sat. Sept 26-- Game home vs Franklin 1 Sticklettes 1 @10am /  Franklin 2 vs Sticklettes 2 @11 
(ministicks will practice 10-11:15)
Thurs. Oct. 1--practice 5-6:15
Sat. Oct 3-- Game home Mini Sticks vs Franklin 10 am (possible Stickletts vs Bellingham 11)tbd
Thurs. Oct 8-- practice 5-6:15
Sat. Oct 10-- Columbus Day weekend --nothing scheduled
Thurs. Oct 15-- practice 5-6:15
Sat. Oct 17--(possible game vs Bellingham)tbd-- LAST Day Awards ceremony

5th & 6th grade TEAM

I have been getting some interest in a 5th & 6th grade team. Please send me your registration form with no check, If I get enough to field a team, I will :) Please spread the word. I would also need a few volunteers for that division as well. I will keep you posted!

Volunteers Needed

Please let me know if you are interested in helping during the fall season. The more help, the more successful we will be as a league. Looking for helpers to keep kids on task, promote good sportsmanship, and foster a love & passion for field hockey while learning the game.
